The core team is composed of cold chain logistics experts with nearly 20 years of experience and extensive management expertise. Headquartered in Guangzhou with regional headquarters in China's first-tier cities, our service network covers 34 provinces, 600+ cities and 90% of the population in China, with global cold chain coverage spanning 120+ countries. The company operates 80,000 m² of medical warehousing, a professional operations team of over 2,000 staff and a fleet of over 1,000 cold chain vehicles. We have built a compliant cold chain logistics system in which transport staff hold professional medical qualifications in accordance with China GSP requirements; supported by our information systems and self-developed IoT temperature-control devices, we achieve end-to-end monitoring to keep services safe, fast and reliable.

CONCARE is a council member unit of the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, and has taken part in drafting national standards including the Pharmaceutical Logistics Service Specification, the Cold Chain Logistics Operation Specification for Medical Testing Biological Samples, and the IVD Cold Chain Warehousing and Distribution Integrated Management Specification. Certified against multiple national and industry standards, we design logistics and transport processes tailored to each customer's needs.
